Today was my first Sadhana of Mahamudra and it was hard. I was terrified. It washed over me as I chanted—cold, stark panic and fear. A bombardment of questions: What if I've chosen the wrong path? What if I can't make it through the next seven weeks? What if I don't sleep while I'm here?
